Welcome to our Calgary Evangelical Ministerial Association (CEMA) membership page.

2010-2011 Membership Information

 

 Membership in the Calgary Evangelical Ministerial Association is open to all
 evangelical  Christians engaged in pastorates, ministries and Christian Education
 in Calgary and the surrounding area. 

 

 In order to support the overhead costs of maintaining the organization, members
 are asked  to contribute an annual fee.  The benefits of a CEMA membersip is as follows:

 

Ø     FELLOWSHIP & A VOICE - Your membership allows you to participate in the regular monthly meetings of the association and to join in the outstanding social events.  It also allows you to be part of the "official voice" of evangelical Christians in Calgary as we support various combined events and take stands on critical issues.

 

Ø     INSPIRATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - Your membership provide you with discounted admissions to our 8 monthly meetings each year. We regularly meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month, September through May, excluding December.  These meetings are a regular time to motivate, inspire, encourage, and teach you.  You will hear some of the leading Christian speakers and evangelical leaders in Canada each month at the C.E.M.A. meetings.

 

Ø    SPECIAL EVENTS - Your membership will provide you free admission to two outstanding social events each year - the Christmas Banquet on the first Monday of December and the Summer Golf Tournament on the first Monday of June. 

 

Ø    COSTS - Your membership helps to offset the monthly costs of website hosting, remunerating our monthly speakers, and communicating with over 400 local churches, ministries, and ministry personnel.  In addition, it allows the Executive to carry on the work of our volunteer office.

 

Whatever the degree of your participation in CEMA events......by becoming a member of CEMA you become a part of the voice of the evangelical community in Calgary!

As you can see, it is worth it to be a member of CEMA!!  All memberships must be renewed annually and run from September through August.

3) Attend our monthly CEMA meetings - Pick up an application form at one of these meetings.
